Pointe Shoe Discussion?

I was talking one of my ballet teachers, and she said that my feet were fine but my shoes were not letting me get completely over my box. I have Axioms, and this is the second time I have had them. I liked their 3/4 shank. I also liked Contemporas, but my feet grew out of the widest size. I am a xxx aka triple wide. She suggested Gaynor Mindens or a lower vamp. If you have similar feet, please tell me about shoes you have had. :). What were they called and how did you like them.
