Starting first saltwater fish tank?

I would like to get a JBJ Picotope 3 gallon for my first tank. I have lots of experience with fresh water so i'm not new to aquariums in general, just saltwater. I would rather get this tank because it would be pretty cheap to set up. Would this be hard to maintain? I only want a baby clownfish and that's it. Or should I just get a 12g Nano cube.
