Is more height and weight superior in a fight against physical strength?

I really do think so like for example Mariusz Pudzianowski against Tim Silvia.Tim Silvia is taller and heavier and used it to overwhelm the more powerful Mariusz Pudzianowski. And I am tall big and weak but I did beat up short and strong guys by just using my weight and long arms and I have a big belly. In my experience I think height and weight is superior.Even a child martial artist or child weight lifter cant defeat a taller heavier adult even if they where super strong athletic and or fast.
