What should I do about 2 cats with behavioral issues??And its getting worse!!!?

I have one cat he is a big lovable maine coon, and we thought he was acting out and scratching things because he was lonely so we adopted a smaller girl, sh of a schizoid cat but she is starting to warm up to us. However, she is always attacking my sons hamster and she is also highly destructive. We tried to use the soft claws to cap their nails, however between the two of them they have ruined the side and beveling on my oak armoire, scratched up two parts on our new leather couch, destroyed the carpet going into the bedroom (pulled the threads out of the berber) and recently they have started peeing on the beds. At first I let it side but they pooped on my 6 year olds bed, and have peed on my pillows 5 times (just replaced and surprise was waiting when I got home) My main question is, am I a horrible person to find them new homes? I am expecting another baby in February and I can not deal with them peeing in a crib, it is unsanitary and I think they need to go. Is it mean??? My boyfriend and son would also like to find them a new home, any thoughts??????
