How does one go about reinventing himself?

it's not easy but it all starts with being aware of yourself. If you even know HOW to do that, you are head and shoulders above the rest. Next comes self-observation and finally, deciding what it is about yourself that PREVENTS you from growing...and then getting rid of that...somehow
