I just got Rejected from Rutgers, can i call and ask why?
It is probably not wise for you to waste your time calling them. First, the reasons for the decision are so complicated that there is probably no single individual who can answer you. Admissions decisions are usually handled by a committee, and every committee member has a say in what goes on. You would have to bring the whole committee together and ask them as a group, and, of course, that's not going to happen. Second, the committee members would not feel comfortable trying to explain to you why you were not chosen. In the same way that candidates for a job are never told reasons why someone else was hired, candidates for admission simply have to accept going through life not knowing why the decision was made in a particular way. Since you have been successful elsewhere, your best course of action is to forget about Rutgers (as I had to forget about the University of Michigan), go your way, and enjoy wherever you are. Trust me, after a few weeks of a new, busy college life, the rejection will never again cross your mind.
