How to get the courage?

today at skool.. i got in trouble because my friends blasted a song in the parking lot during school hours. a teacher asked whos car it was and sent me to the headmaster.. i now have to tell my parents and i dont have the guts to do it? how do i do this! i mean it wasnt even my fault hardly.. thanks guys :)
