How long do I have to do yoga to see results, and be thin, and flexible?

Yoga in an of itself may not lead to the physical results you seek. However, as part of a complete, healthy lifestyle, yoga has some outstanding benefits. Yoga will increase flexibility in muscles, joints, tendons. Yoga will increase your strength and improve muscle tone. Yoga can also improve your breathing and reduce stress.
