BYB, when you think the madness can't go any further?

People are just so ignorant. Today at my job we had a man come in crying thinking his 6 year old american er had pyometra. We took her in back and determined she was actually pregnant and in labor. The owner had no idea how she had gotten pregnant and it's either her father or brother that is the father of the litter. So we sent him home so she could have the litter, a couple hours later we call back and she's had one puppy with a cleft palate, and another stuck in the birth c. So we told him to bring her back in, and as he was getting her out of the parking lot, she had the puppy. It was insane. I have NO idea how this guy could not realize that she was pregnant, seeing as he has "bred"( and I use that term loosely) ers for a while. It is just amazing to me.
