Sarah Palin why is out in front of the Republican party?

i belong to no political party i use my common sense when it comes to most issues i follow no party line but this Sarah Palin person is so very unqualified for world politics why is she even relative after Katie Couric ripped her a new one i thought she would have had enough. keep in mind ladies that i listen to coulter,grace, maddow,van susterin, the view so i am not bashing
